4.About Hair:

1) Are your hair wigs made of 100% human hair?

- YES. All of our lace wigs are made of 100% human hair and you can treat it as your own hair. And the hair could be dyed and bleached well.
Under normal circumstances, the hair can be permed. But we do not recommend you to perm frequently, it will damage the hair strands.

2) Some of the bundles have a slightly lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?

Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

3) Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

4) What are Bleached Knots?

When dark hair is tied to the base of a lace wig with a knot, you can see a dark dot on the skin, especially when the base is lace. Lace cannot hide the knot in the same way a monofilament base does. Bleached knots usually are only done at the front of the lace wig and it helps create the illusion that your hair is growing out of your head.

5) How long can I expect the wig to last?

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.

6) How do I choose the right wig size?

To choose the right wig size, we recommend measuring your head circumference using a measuring tape. Our website provides a size guide that will help you select the appropriate wig size based on your measurements.

Circumference: Measure around your head, starting from the front hairline, passing above your ears, and ending at the nape of your neck.

Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline to the nape of your neck, following the contour of your head.

Ear to Ear (Forehead): Measure from the hairline directly above one ear, crossing your forehead, to the hairline directly above the other ear.

Ear to Ear (Over the Top): Measure from one ear, over the top of your head, to the equivalent point on the opposite ear.

Temple to Temple: Measure from the temple area just in front of one ear, horizontally across your forehead, to the temple area just in front of the other ear.

- Once you have these measurements, compare them to the size chart provided by the wig manufacturer. Wig sizes typically fall into the following categories:

·Petite: Circumference less than 21 inches (53 cm)
·Average: Circumference between 21-22.5 inches (53-57 cm)
·Large: Circumference greater than 22.5 inches (57 cm)

Wig sizes may vary slightly between manufacturers, so always refer to the specific size chart provided by the brand you are purchasing from for the most accurate fit.

If you find yourself in between sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the larger size and use adjustable straps or combs inside the wig to achieve a more secure fit.

Properly fitting wig ensures comfort and a natural appearance.

7) Why does the hair color look different from the website?

Due to different monitors and lighting during photography, there may be slight color variations from what you see online.

8) How to care for the hair?

Pre-Wash Care: Gently brush out your wig or extensions to remove tangles using a soft-bristled brush.

- Shampooing: Wash with a mild shampoo in downward motions to remove sweat and dirt that cause tangles. Rinse with cool water.

- Washing Wigs: Use a hair cleanser or mild detergent, soaking the wig in cool water for 5-10 minutes. Air dry on a mannequin head to maintain shape; avoid brushing when wet.

- Post-Wash Care: Gently brush extensions or wigs with a soft-bristled brush or wide-tooth comb to prevent tangles, ideally two to three times daily.

- Conditioning: Apply leave-in conditioner daily to prevent tangles. Consider using a detangling product or silicon spray.

- Maintenance Tips: Tie hair up when sleeping or exercising to prevent tangles. Use a swimming cap and remove wigs before sleeping, exercising, or swimming.

- Heat Protection: Minimize heat exposure from curling irons or hair dryers. Avoid blow-drying wigs; use heat sparingly on extensions.

- Product Choice: Select a shampoo suitable for high humidity to maintain texture.

 For Loose Wavy Hair:

  1. After washing, gently shape hair items using fingers instead of combing.

  2. Blow-dry with cold air to maintain the wavy texture.

  3. Use hair gel professionally to preserve the natural texture.

This revised version aims to be concise, clear, and professional while providing practical care instructions for different types of hair textures.

9) Can I customize or style your wig?

- Yes, our wigs can be customized and styled to an extent. However, follow the styling instructions provided to prevent damage to the hair fibers. And please be cautious when using heat styling tools and follow the recommended temperature settings.
