#Shipping Guide

Your orders will be shipped from our warehouses in either Mainland China or the US. Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Fedex&DHL [2-4 business days]
  • UPS Next Day Air [1-2 business days]

Incorrect address disclaimer:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Orders typically ship the next business day. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at sales@proteahair.com before your order is shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address or issue a full refund. Please note, if you upgraded your shipping and the package is returned due to an incorrect address, upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

#Tracking Guide

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Should you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please first contact the courier directly. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to be updated. In rare cases, tracking information may not immediately update, but rest assured your order will still be delivered. If you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery time, please massage us.
